The Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office Gostivar was established in 2007 with the Law on the Public Prosecutor’s Office because of the need for following the organisation of the court.  HPPO Gostivar is competent to oversee the work of BPPO Tetovo, BPPO Gostivar, BPPO Kichevo and BPPO Debar. It is held accountable for its work to the Public Prosecutor of the Republic of North Macedonia who oversees the work of this public prosecutor’s office, as well as to the Council of Public Prosecutors.
