He was born in Negotino in 1925. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1963.

He worked at the Shtip District Public Prosecutor’s Office (1950-1952), he was elected as District Public Prosecutor in Kavadarci (1952-1955), Deputy District Public Prosecutor in Tetovo (1955-1957), and from 1967 on he exercised the office of Deputy Public Prosecutor of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia.

He was appointed as Public Prosecutor of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia in 1975 and he held this office until 1984.
