He was born in the village of Dolnenci – Demir Hisar in 1949. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Skopje in 1972.

In 1976 he was appointed as Municipal Deputy Public Prosecutor in Skopje and in 1984 as Deputy Public Prosecutor at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Skopje. He was Undersecretary of the State Security Service within the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 1991 he was appointed as Deputy Public Prosecutor at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Skopje.

He exercised the office of Public Prosecutor of the Republic of North Macedonia from 1996 to 1999. Today he works as a lawyer.
