The Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office Shtip was established in 1946. The Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office Shtip functions in the territory of the Appellate Court in Shtip and it is competent to oversee the work of BPPO Shtip, BPPO Strumica, BPPO Kochani, BPPO Delchevo, BPPO Berovo, BPPO Radovish and BPPO Sveti Nikole. It is held accountable for its work to the Public Prosecutor of the Republic of North Macedonia who oversees the work of this public prosecutor’s office, as well as to the Council of Public Prosecutors.
