He was born in Shtip in 1917. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade.

He was appointed as Public Prosecutor of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia in 1967 and he held this position until 1975 when he was elected as a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia.
