He was born in the city of Djordjonov in Poland in 1952. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Skopje.
Upon the completion of his high education, he worked for several years as investigative judge at the Basic Court Skopje – 2. In 1999 he was appointed as Public Prosecutor of the Republic of North Macedonia. He exercised this office until 2002. As Public Prosecutor of the Republic of North Macedonia during the 2001 war conflict, he launched investigations and prosecutions for war crimes against the so called NLA, and thus he started the cooperation with the Hague tribunal. After leaving the office of Public Prosecutor of the Republic of North Macedonia, he joined the Bar where he works even today.
He is author of many professional scientific papers in the field of judiciary, prosecution and advocacy.
