The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Kumanovo was established in 1945. It functions as a basic public prosecutor’s office with expanded competence in the territory of the Basic Court Kumanovo and the Basic Court Kratovo. It is held accountable for its work to HPPO Skopje, as well as to the Council of Public Prosecutors.
